Senior Product Designer

As a member of the Marketplace services team, I am responsible for the user experience of fulfilling a purchase via Skroutz marketplace, which includes:

  • Offer buying options that will lead to more purchases via Skroutz marketplace
  • Increase cart conversion by helping the users fulfil their purchase
  • Design a straightforward and secure checkout
  • Design the order management (deliveries, returns, cancellations etc)

More specifically, I am:

  • Working closely with the product manager and stakeholders in order to work on projects from concept to launch
  • Responsible for the UX research initiated by our team: working in continuous iterations leads to constant need of research

    • Administrator of Google Tag manager for multiple containers

  • Developed Skroutz's shopping cart feature. Being a part of the ecommerce team, I worked on the project from ideation to implementation. My contribution to the project:
    • Conducted research on the user practices regarding order fulfilment and cart abandonment
